(1). 3 most important domains - emphasis on the needs of our patients (in clinical setting - could prioritize the treatment planning according to our findings)
(2). Our questionnaire could be used as the first step of patient-centered approach or it is closer to the patient-centred approach

心得

這週訪談心得:
1. 遇到不少個案都有低估自己的困難程度，尤其有些男性患者可能由於自尊心使然常會忽略自覺感受而以能力來回答所問的問題。
(我還在試該如何去問我所想要問及所想要表達的問題 - 需要再加強及努力當中)
2. 有遇到個案陳述日常生活上遇到最大的困難是去適應看護, 個案本身覺得自己沒有困難去從事某些日常活動，可是看護卻覺淂個案從事會有困難而都協助他做，而且看護還會常換人，讓個案覺得很困擾，而影響其生活品質。
