In here, I would like to make an apology for a relatively low number of patients this week. I caught a flu that made me felt tired all the time. I was afraid that i might infect others, therefore, I reduced the time to go to hospitals. I will try to make up those times and numbers in next few weeks.

To do list

1. Send the revised manuscript back to Prof. Hsieh (remember to ask re: APA style)
2. Search/attach full - text onto Endnote (with help from 玉雲姐)
3. Correspondent search (with help from 佩瑾)
4. Summarize those found articles
5. Construct the questionnaire
6. Summarize the definitions of the 3 perspectives

An update on tasks from the meeting with Prof. Hsieh

A. Constructing the questionnaire:

• start from an introduction paragraph
• perspectives re : ADL concepts
• be specific (don't need too much questions)
• our own definitions re : 3 ADL perspectives need to come out first
• we might send the questionnaire as PDF file

B. Searching PDF files for selected articles

• finished the screening (11/02/09), the total is 183 articles need to be found the full - text ; it should take about 3 hrs to complete this task
• after completing the full-text searching, the summary of these articles will start soon

C. Find the correspondence authors' email or study's contact info from the selected articles to make sure whom or where to send the questionnaire

• think about how to manage these email address

D. Be sure to clarify the issues or difficulties with Prof. Hsieh before tasks' deadline
