繼續撰寫多變量報告

此次多變量之課程，很謝謝組員們的信任，
能讓我擔任期中及期末書面報告撰寫人員，
本希望並預計今天能將報告寫出來，寄給大家閱讀，
並給予意見及建議。

計畫雖如此，但往往還是有些意外，
事情並不如自己計畫的順利，
今天一直卡在不知該如何寫分析結果，
明天要趕快找時間去請教分析資料的組員。

寫東西真的是學習最好的方法，因為為了要寫得出來
就得明白為什麼要如此做，自己也趁寫的機會
再思考一次再學習一次。

多變量期末報告 (三層面巴氏量表於中風患者之建構效度驗證)

今天多變量期末報告，我們以收集到三層面巴氏量表之253位個案資料分析，結果顯示:
一、(1) EFA主成分法: 取Eigenvalue 大於1者，可選擇五項主成分；解釋量72.69%
(2) EFA主因素法: 取Eigenvalue 大於1 ，可選擇三項主成分；解釋量86.77%
(3) EFA 最大概似法: 需選擇多於四項主成分
-->因考慮臨床使用上過多分數形式並不符合需求及原先假設，故僅選擇主因素法結果，以三項主成分進行CFA檢驗

二、CFA檢驗三個層面
Goodness of model fit:
GFI=0.44 (應>0.9)
AGFI=0.35 (應>0.8)
RMSEA=0.17 (應<0.05)
NFI=0.59 (應>0.9)
結果: 適配度指標顯示未達合適標準

可能之解釋:
1. BI 原本之設計及為BADL，有些題目本身可能對慢性期患者來說太過簡單 (天花板效應)
2. 個案的variance 還不夠大 (但目前253為當中，中風天數少於180天的有137位; 大於180天有114位-->感覺上variation 已經開始有增加)

老師的建議:
1. 可能有自變項及依變項的關係存在
2. 因為三個層面都是使用同一題目，所以相關會比較高
3. BI本身並不是專為中風個案所設計的，也許可使用別的量表來呈現這三個層面

Retrospective studies "involve the examination of data that have been collected in the past which means the researcher does not have direct control of the variables under study because they have occurred in the past or they represent attribute variables that cannot be manipulated."
