今天就最後310篇做 Title & abstract 的篩選，目前還未有一個研究完全符合針對中風個案使用VR 直接評估ADL功能，大多還是將VR當作intervention。

針對老師所提到的 "使用 VR 評估BADL/IADL， 需考量用以評估 「執行能力」「日常表現」「自覺困難」"，經思考後，我想就ADL construct 定義來說，VR可能比較適合用來評估 "執行能力"，因為VR的環境比較符合評估執行能力的定義(在一個標準環境下請個案實際操作，直接反映個案實際功能狀況)，其他2個ADL construct直接口頭訪問個案即可了解個案獨立/依賴程度及困難程度，無需使用到VR技術來評估。我想透過思考這個問題，也說明了我的疑問，為什麼大多藉由VR評估ADL，以了解個案功能損傷情形。
